Payments by Personal check:
We wait 10 working days for checks to clear before processing orders.
Orders are sent through the US Postal Service
(priority mail). If an item is temporarily out of stock, we
will send the in-stock items right away. The back order item(s)
will be sent as soon as they become available or a refund
will be sent. Most orders are delivered in 2 or 3 weeks but
may take up to 6 weeks...please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Foreign customers will have additional shipping charges
- we will contact you for approval of fees prior to shipping.
We ask for your phone number in case we have questions about your order. We will not make your phone number available to anyone else.
All returned checks are subject to a $20 service fee.
Damaged or defective goods:
If your order has been damaged during shipment or has a manufacturer's defect please take a photo of said damage and packaging and email photos to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can process your claim quickly and properly. Please include your contact information, order number, and name of recipient.
Repack items in the original packaging and return within 30 days of receipt. Please include receipt. You are responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring any returned item. No COD returns will be accepted. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of the exchanged items.
Refunds will include purchase price of items, it will not include shipping and handling costs. Credit card credits may take up to two billing cycles to appear.
From time to time we make our mailing list available to reputable mailers whose products may be of interest to you. If you prefer that your name not be used for other mailings, please write us a note or call.
